We have produced
this page in order to provide World Wide Web "LINKS" to other baseball
sites that may be of interest to (some of) our subscribers.
We are not
necessarily aiming to provide links to the "best" or "most
impressive" baseball sites we can find, but to those that we have a
personal interest in, those who have helped us produce our publications or maybe
our subscribers etc.
Anyway, here
they are:

One of our
very loyal and original subscribers Geoff Roneberg has produced a "family
web site", but it also includes a most interesting section about CAIRNS
baseball... another feature of the site is its references to one of Australia's
finest current baseball talents... their son Brett Roneberg!

Just in case you don't
know him, DAVID McWATTERS is one of Australia's finest young
pitchers who was a key performer for the Claxton Shield winning VICTORIA
ACES at the recent 2002 carnival in Melbourne. A product of the prolific
Waverley Baseball Club in Melbourne and the ABL's Melbourne Reds, David
has experienced what it is like to be a young baseball prospect in
Australia who travelled to pursue his baseball career through the US
college system. David plays Independent League baseball in the USA with
Kalamazoo Kings and he returned to Melbourne this summer to star with
Waverley in the VBA. Holly is David's American wife who is also
knowledgeable about US college baseball both as a fan and via her
involvement with sports medicine.
Very simply, David and
Holly are offering the benefit of their experience to help any young
Australians who may be considering the same baseball path via the US
college system with a range of professional information kits, contacts and
advice. This is a "minimal cost" service that they provide to
help young Australian baseballers, not a high cost "player
agent" style of management company.
In our view, any young
baseballer who who may be considering the US college system would be
foolish not to avail themselves of the services offered by David &
Holly McWatters... and they are also very nice people!
